DGIM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Immobilienmanagement mbH is a nationwide commercial real estate management company, the second largest administrator and specialist for properties run by operators, such as nursing homes, rehabilitation clinics, doctors' houses and hotels. With more than 60 employees in 6 branches, DGIM currently manages more than 30 nursing homes & clinics, about 4,000 units and more than 90 commercial properties.

The DGIM inhouse competence teams for healthcare, hotel and consulting operate centrally from Heidelberg. The back office, finance and object bookkeeping as well as

DGIM also offers construction technology and caretaker services and covers the entire life cycle of a property.
DGIM-Consulting advises and accompanies transaction processes. In addition to the establishment and maintenance of data rooms, the team accompanies Q&A-processes. DGIM prepares commercial and technical due diligences, advises owners on rental contract optimization and leasing.
Another focus is on operational cost, object performance and lease contract analysis. These services are offered individually or as part of a full-service package, via performance or lease agreement analyzes.
