As an owner-managed real estate service provider, we offer a professional property management service for residential and commercial properties. Our customers particularly appreciate our individual reports, modern lettings management, proactive accounts receivable management and rigorous warranty management for new builds. We manage a total of around 18,000 residential and commercial properties from our branches in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Leipzig, Schwerin and Osnabrück.
In our group of companies, we are able to rely on a strong residential lettings team who rent out around 1,500 apartments a year. We have embraced digital processes with our PM software and linked document management system. In addition, our customer portal enables tenants to access important information about their contractual relationships at any time.
We aim to increase rental income and thus the value of the properties we manage.
